Client Service Officer (Permanent Full-Time)

About the role:

  • Promptly respond to enquiries from Participants and their families.
  • Work closely with team leaders/ senior workers to develop care plans/risk assessments.
  • Maintain and update Participants’ records ensuring accurate and consistent information is entered in our system.
  • Review and file Participants’ paperwork weekly.
  • Compile Participants’ reports weekly.
  • Be in charge of Participants’ monthly report to NDIS.
  • Assist in the review and development of policies, procedures and work instructions.
  • Conduct regular visits to Participants.
  • Support team leaders/senior workers in implementing procedures.
  • Other tasks allocated by Client Service Manager to ensure high quality of client services


About you:

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor of Social Work/ Disability/ Special Education/ Community Services or equivalent degrees.
  • Two years’ experience working in the disability sector.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the NDIS and Quality and Safeguarding Framework
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Person-centred focus on all communications and duties.
  • Experience meeting deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and Police Check.
  • Current driver’s license and willingness to travel.
  • Excellent written English and verbal Vietnamese.

Quality Control Coordinator (Permanent Full-Time)

About the role:

The role of Quality Control Coordinator is to ensure the service quality that provides to Participants. This includes:

  • Conduct internal audits according to schedule and provide reports to relevant parties.
  • Attend external audits according relevant reports and compliance requirements
  • Provide accurate feedback, and timely written reports.
  • Compile action plan reports on non-conformities or continuous improvement opportunities resulting from internal audits.
  • Assist in the review and development of company policies, procedures and work instructions.
  • Critically analyse information, consult with relevant stakeholders, make sound judgements, compile reports, and prepare action plans for the issues related to all workplace and client incidents.
  • Assist to prepare documents for incident review and audits including external accreditation renewal audits.
  • Ensure quality documentation systems are complied with, and that processes are followed by all relevant parties when improvements are implemented or required.
  • Other tasks allocated by Director to ensure quality of the company.


About you:

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a quality improvement role in the disability and aged care sector, with a sound understanding of continuous improvement principles, and the ability to coordinate quality improvement plans.
  • Sound understanding of the legislative and regulatory environment for disability and aged care support services.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the NDIS and Quality and Safeguarding Framework and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Person-centred focus on all communications and duties.
  • Experience meeting deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and Police Check.
  • Current driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Mental Health Senior Support Worker

About the role:

The role of Mental Health Senior Support Worker is to work closely with the Team Leader and the support team to support Participants with mental health. This includes:

  • Assess Participants’ needs and give reports to Team Leader.
  • Consult the Team Leader and Client Service team to refer clients to necessary related mental health services.
  • Communicate with other service providers and support programs.
  • Review all the paperwork completed by team members.
  • Assist Team Leader to instruct team members to implement the policies and procedures.
  • Research and develop new services and programs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.


About you:

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • A minimum Certificate IV in Mental Health or 2 years’ intensive experience.
  • Two years’ experience working in the disability sector.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Person-centred focus on all communications and duties.
  • Experience meeting deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and Police Check.
  • Current full South Australian driver’s license.
  • Excellent English
  • available to work minimum 25hr/week

Casual Disability Support Worker

About the role:

The role of Support Worker is to provide exceptional service to clients to meet their goals as set out in their care plan. This includes:

  • Read and implement care plans.
  • Support Participants with personal care (such as bathing, brushing teeth and daily living tasks).
  • Support Participants in community participation (including transport assistance and social activities engagement).
  • Administer Participants’s medication.
  • Support Participants with domestic tasks.
  • Support, observe and record Participants’ behaviours.
  • Assist Participants to build their self-image and self-confidence.
  • Assess Participants’ needs and planning, develop and implement support programs/care plans.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of Participants with disabilities.
  • Work closely with allied health professionals in implementing their care plans.
  • Work closely with families to meet their needs.


About you:

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Individual Support or willingness to take Certificate IV in Individual Support (preferable)
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Person-centred focus on all communications and duties.
  • Experience meeting deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and Police Check.
  • Current full South Australian driver’s license.
  • Excellent English and/or one more language (preferable).
